1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges only if the product is received in a damaged condition. The request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns/Exchanges:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required (order number and receipt).
Clear photographic evidence of the damage must be provided via email.

If these conditions are met, you may choose between:

A full refund (for damaged items).
An exchange for the same product (subject to availability).

2. Non-Eligible Scenarios

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Wrong product ordered by the customer
Minor variations in color due to screen settings
Products returned after 7 days from delivery

4. Shipping for Returns

Once your return/exchange is approved, we will coordinate pickup or provide return instructions.
Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent further damage during return shipping.

5. Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
